Wanna Race? Fresh Air Fund Does

The Fresh Air Fund are still looking for runners and sponsors to join our Fresh Air Fund-Racers team for the NYC Half-Marathon this coming March 21st. It’s really a great way to participate in NYC’s premier summer road race while helping Fresh Air Fund children.

Last summer alone, they were able to provide the following:

Nearly 8,000 children enjoyed their best summers yet
370 students participated in the Career Awareness Program
11 counselors-in-training spent three days on the Appalachian Trail
168 young people were Leaders-in-training

The Fresh Air Fund also relies on donations this time of year to keep their programs strong for the summer months, and you know how I feel about helping children! Check out the Fresh Air Fund’s site for more information!
