• Creating a really good top notch review takes a LOT of time and energy. I like to take images and  post videos as well when I can. I really strive to show your product off in it’s best light possible.

• How long will it be, once you receive the product, before it is highlighted?

I make every effort to review products in a timely manner.  However, my primary job – real life (including my most important job of parenting) does manage to get in the way from time to time.

• Will you tell me when the review is posted?

I will email you when the review of your item(s) is ready to be posted, or is already posted, and will send you the permalink.

• What sets me apart?

What sets me apart from some review bloggers? I USE your product! I give it a true try-out. I take images and videos of your product IN use and I post it, along with my personal opinion and my family’s opinion and use of it.

• Can we require a positive review?

While I promise honest feedback, your submission is not guaranteed a super-positive review. If I feel that your product does not meet quality standards, I will contact you before posting any comments. I also reserve the right not to post a review if I feel in any way the product will not relate to my family nor my readers. To date, I have received only 2 items for review that I did not feel fit my website or readers. All reviews posted here are honest and truthful.

• How long will our product be highlighted?

You’ll have the top spot until the next review is posted. At times, I will post more than one review in a day. Once your review moves from the top spot, it will be scrollable on the homepage for a period of time. All reviews are also permanently accessible in the archives and are search-able by category.

• Can I be permanently accessible?

Yes! Your post will always be on my blogsite. I also have monthly and yearly rates for sidebar advertising. If you are interested in advertising, please contact me!

• Will my product be returned?

No products will be returned. Once something is given as a review it becomes my sole property. I will fully test and use these products making returning them just impossible. Often, I will do an ongoing review and post several write ups about that item. With this, I am unable to return products.

• How will you post/review about me?

Once I get your item, I will review it, test it, take my own images (and sometimes videos) for the review post, then I will get it written up and once the link is live, I will email that link to you. The images are my property, but I am more than happy to send you the original size image so that you can use it for your marketing, advertising and/or website.

• Will I have to pay for your to review my item?

As long as you provide me with an item to review from your company, I will post the review at no charge. For giveaways without a review, I charge a reasonable fee.  I also have ad rates for companies that would like their banner permanently added to my front page.

• Posting /Requesting posts for press releases, misc. posts; not offering a product for review:

At times, press releases or miscellaneous inquiries are emailed to 3PsinaPod to post. We receive numerous pitches daily and while I appreciate your time, we are not able to get to each one right away. While there are physical product reviews to get live, these press releases will be posted as soon as reviews that are scheduled get live. Not all press releases/emails are able to get posted. If you are not requesting a product review, but are looking for a press posting, these are now done on a paid basis. If you have a press release or misc. information you would like us to post, please contact me and I will schedule your posting right away.

3PsinaPod welcomes pitches from PR companies, or anyone wanting to promote their website, product or service, but please make sure that the information or product is family friendly. If time allows, I will gladly post press releases from PR agencies that I have worked with before. If I receive an email with a pitch that is impersonal, irrelevant or are strictly from a press release standpoint, these will be deleted automatically. I do not accept emails that are “Dear Blogger” or “Dear Miss Three Peas in a Pod”. If you read my blog, you know that I have a name.

• Comment Moderation:

I do moderate comments, so please do not use my comments section of my blog to blatantly promote your or your client’s products. Comments such as this will be deleted.

• Travel Destinations:

We love to share travel stories with our readers and frequently visit new destinations as a family. If you would like me and my family to visit your destination, I would be happy to share my travel experience through postings, images and videos

• Giveaways:

For all my giveaways I have a main way to enter, which must be done or all other entries will not count, and then a few different ways to gain additional entries. The rules are simple, but if they are not followed I can not help you. Here are my general ways and others may be added at random.

• ‘Like’ 3PsinaPod or giveaway post on Facebook
• Stumble 3PsinaPod or giveaway post on StumbleUpon
• Subscribe to my feeds via RSS Reader or email
• Write a blog post linking to 3PSinaPod and/or the giveaway products website.

Most of these can be done via the Share This icon after every post. I will also ask for your username on these services to make sure you did what you said you did. That is not to be nosy or to say that I don’t trust you it is to be fair to everyone.

I add deadlines for winners to contact me back on all my giveaways. This is sometimes because a sponsor has a time frame they would like their giveaway finished by or because of shipping needs. I can not undo this, I need to be fair to all those who contact me on time. My time frames usually last from 24 – 72 hours depending on the product.

I will not be posting anymore images of the Random.org picks as they eat up too much room for the volume of giveaways that I have and take up too much time to get so from now on I will be posting only the text format of the Random.org picks.

I am fair to any and all offers for giveaways and reviews. By having these products on my blog I am not voicing  my religious beliefs, political views, etc. If I believe it is a good product then I will review/giveaway the product.

All spam comments will be contained for me to review and almost always get deleted instantly. A few have slipped past my net but I find them and get rid of them. I do not tolerate any type of spam comment.
