PhotoWorks Presents: From China With Love (Review)

16 March 2010

When I was offered to review an American Greetings PhotoWorks Studio Book that was baby themed, I was so excited. I had been planning to make one yet not just for any baby – for my P3.  As our pictures of her first 10 months are minimal, I felt while it could prove a bit challenging with the typical American shades of pink for baby girls, I wanted to make the most of what we have.  I never want her to feel that she was unloved just because she started her life in our family uniquely so I jumped in and started working on her book right away. The PhotoWorks site was easy to navigate. I found the baby book section and started hunting down for the perfect choice. I decided on this one:

It took me approximately one hour from start to finish. The hardest part was deciding which pictures I wanted to use and what to pit where.  The PhotoWorks site is set up so that everything is self explainable and detailed. You’re not just thrown in to create your photo book…they actually walk you through each step.  Best of all, I could always upload more pictures, move pictures around on the pages or add more.  I was not stuck with what I had or even with what they offered at first glance.  I could personalize the book too–including the front/back cover and spine.

I was so excited for the book to arrive and was sure that it would take longer than the week they described yet true to their word, it arrived promptly.  There, before my very eyes was my special dedication to my precious little girl!

I totally recommend their site to anyone who wants to create something special, especially adoptive parents.I know I have now created a wonderful keepsake for P3 and the rest of us as well, all thanks to PhotoWorks.  I loved my experience with PhotoWorks and their new Studio Books and can see a million and one uses/occasions to create a book with them.  Gifts for grandparents on their birthday, gifts for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, holidays – you name it.

Thank you to Mom Central and American Greetings PhotoWorks for allowing me to create a wonderful book for my P3 — I love it and know she will as well!

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of American Greetings PhotoWorks and received a free photo book to facilitate my review.
