This giveaway has ended and the winner has been drawn – Congratulations to #30…. Eileen!!!

Thanks for all who participated!

Well, it is almost February 7, 2010, the date when you and your family gather around the TV to watch the most anticipated football game of the year ~ the Super Bowl.  And NO SuperBowl is complete without some really great food to snack on, right?

Our favorite recipes vary from year to year.  This year I received an adorable Old El Paso Green Chiles prize pack from Old El Paso and My BlogSpark to review.  Brett has been begging for the Seven-Layer Bean Dip so if we have a postponed Super Bowl Party at our house, I will be sure to make it for him.  I like easy recipes, especially ones that can be made ahead of time.  One of the great things about Old El Paso Chiles is that you can get them either whole or chopped, therefore saving you time and energy.  Doesn’t this Seven-Layer Bean Dip look yummy??

Here are some more great recipe ideas compliments of Betty Crocker:

Skillet Nacho Chili

Southwestern Dip

Nachos

Green Chile Dip

Green Chile Cornbread

Taco Nachos

Black Bean Dip

Slow Cooker Salsa Chili

In addition, you can visit here to save $0.55 on one can of Old El Paso Green Chiles today!

Well this is all and great but what is in it for you, right?  A Superbowl Old El Paso set of your very own!  That’s right, MyBlogSpark and Old El Paso was kind enough to offer you, one of my readers, the same prize pack.

Here’s what you’ll get:

Two free cans of Green Chiles, as well as a football-shaped ceramic serving platter, two sets of football-themed plates, cocktail napkins, and a themed table runner.  I love the football-shaped ceramic serving platter.  And it’s perfect for all your football game parties.
