I was just  included in the Neosporin Lip Health 3-Day Challenge thanks to Mom Central and since I am a HUGE fan of  Neosporin products and have infamously dry lips, I could not have been happier to take part.

The Neosporin Lip Health 3-Day Challenge is easy and takes almost no time. Essentially, you use two products: Neosporin Lip Health Daily Hydration Therapy and Neosporin Lip Health Overnight Renewal Therapy. You use the hydration therapy at least once during the day and you dab on the overnight renewal therapy before bed. Easy peasy.

We believe that unhealthy skin can prevent people from enjoying their lives, and that they need real solutions that address the root causes of unhealthy skin. For this reason, we’ve approached lip care in a completely different way.

We went beyond understanding how to temporarily relieve dry lips. We took time to study exactly what makes them dry – and to discover what “essentials” must be restored to make and keep lips looking healthy. The result is uniquely formulated NEOSPORIN® LIP HEALTH™ day and night formulas. Both are clinically proven to give you visibly healthier lips in just 3 days.

Neosporin Lip Health Daily Hydration goes on to say that  it makes lips healthier by “locking-in moisture, reducing scaling and improving healthy lip tone,” while Neosporin Lip Health Overnight Renewal Therapy  hydrates lips, minimizes scaling and improves healthy lip tone.

Sounds really good, doesn’t it?

I first used the Daily Hydration Therapy. It was a wet, lotion-type of lip balm. It  absorbed right in, leaving a tiny amount of moisture on my lips. Next, the Overnight Renewal Therapy is a white Petroleum variety of lip balm, meaning it stays on your lips…and stay on it did – perfect for nighttime use.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I saw good GREAT results.  I no longer felt the need to continually reapply my various lip products all day.  One of the best things too – the Neosporin Lip Health Daily Hydration Therapy contains SPF 20!  Great protection from our good buddy, the Sun.

So would I recommend it?  ABSOLUTELY!! I cannot wait to use it on poor P2 whose lips are ALWAYS beyond chapped.  I bet it will make a big impact on her as well.

Now, each lip-health product costs approximately $5 – a very reasonable price for such fantastic results.  They can be purchased at major drug stores and retailers nationwide or online. For a coupon, please click here.

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Neosporin and received a sample of the Lip Health Overnight Renewal Therapy and the Lip Health Daily Hydration Therapy to facilitate my review, and a $20 thank-you gift certificate.

I need to try this for Jake. His upper lip from his nose to his lip is always chapped.
