Ahhhh Twilight. I know it surprises many that I love it so. I started loving it a bit backwards for me….I saw Twilight (after it came out on DVD, I might add) then immediately began to consume the books in semi-record fashion. And my fascination with the Twilight Saga, I must admit, is vast and complex. Team Edward? Yeah, all the way. Kristen Stewart as Bella… works for me. Billy Burke as Charlie….you bet! And as much as I love the movie, yeah, the director…hmmm, not so much. After I didn’t get to enjoy seeing New Moon for my birthday on Opening Night thanks to having Bronchitis, I did eventually get to see it and yeah, I have to add it to my repertoire de Twilight. And now that I know that the New Moon DVD will be released on March 20th, I am getting more excited by the day!!
The even better news? Word is that Eclipse will be in theaters June 30th!!! Well, I won’t be missing that!!

Barnes & Noble will be selling the standard two-disc sets in both DVD and Blu-ray that most other retailers will be selling. But, we will also and primarily be selling special “BN Exclusive” editions of both the two-disc DVD and the two-disc Blu-ray sets. These BN Exclusive editions will come with a “Dreamcatcher” bag clip.

I am a Twilight fanatic and have seen the movie at least a dozen times. This film is nothing like Twilight. I don’t feel that Chris Weitz was a good choice to direct this film. It is really lacking the emotional intensity that Catherine Hardwicke brought to Twilight. IMO, she did a brilliant job and I didn’t feel the same connection between Bella and Edward that I did in the first film. Honestly, wolves or no wolves…that’s what it’s all about, isn’t it?
I did not see Twilight until it was out on DVD. I started reading the books after the movie had come to the theaters already. I did get to see New Moon in the theater and can’t wait to see Eclipse which is my favorite book!

twlight saga is simply the best, the story is great and of course the actors and actresses are superb “‘.
