For the Love of Our Babies: KinderCare Learning Centers
When P3 was placed in my arms in China, she wasn’t able to sit upright yet. She was 9 1/2 months but coming from an institutionalized setting, that was not really shocking. By the time we left China, a week and a half later, she was able to sit up just fine, a perfect example of how the rest of her small and gross motor skills continued to improve over the next 6 months and she was all caught up in no time.
Her language skills, however, did not make the same leap and we were very grateful for first ECI (Early Childhood Intervention). I was really grateful that the ECI program took place in our home, on a one on one basis.
After waiting so long for our angel to come home, I was in no way ready to hand her over to some strangers.:)
P3 turned 3 last August and was thus enrolled last year in the EE/Pre K program in our school district where I had to make that leap of faith. She had the most wonderful teaching staff but not everyone is that lucky. P3 made HUGE strides in her ability to talk and be understood and will continue with that this coming school year then on to Kindergarten in 2011-2012.
In a nationwide survey of parents, KinderCare Learning Centers, a private, high-quality learning program found across the USA, learned that when selecting a school, 76% of parents are most concerned that their school of choice employs quality and passionate teachers and 80% want to know that their child is excited to take part in activities while at school. KinderCare has programs for every age level including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergartners, and school-age children.
KinderCare is committed to excellence nationwide. For over 30 years, we’ve been testing and enhancing our curriculum, becoming the industry leader among center-based early education and care providers. Every day, we’re learning more productive ways to teach all kinds of kids—messy kids, playful kids, curious kids. So you can be sure we have the energy and know-how to take care of yours.
Just the kind of school most of us would want for our kids, right? They have:
- Well-trained, caring teachers
- A safe and developmentally sound environment
- Comprehensive curricula based on age-appropriate learning activities
They even have Summer programs so if you have kids who are bored or your Summer plans for them fell through, Kinder Care could fit your needs.

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of KinderCare Learning Centers and received a gift certificate to thank me for taking the time to participate.

Our local kinder care has some wonderful teachers. One on my good friends works there and I am impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility. There are so many child care centers that do not make the grade on that count.
I would like to exchange links with your site http://www.3psinapod.com
