Bella Sara….the name synonymous with beautiful and magical horses who are loved by children – especially girls – world wide.

Bella Sara™ is a magical world of horses where children can expand their imaginations through play. Originally launched in Denmark by Gitte Odder Braendgaard through Conceptcard, Bella Sara inspires and empowers children with positive messages and the magic of North of North. Published by Seattle-based game company Hidden City Games, Bella Sara began as a trading card game that has since expanded into an international product line. With three set releases each year, all Trading Cards have images of illustrated horses and/or magical friends with positive, inspirational messages on them.

What a great purpose! I do not know many Moms (and Dads) who would not want to encourage their children, especially their daughters, to feel inspired and empowered in a positive way and that is what Bella Sara is all about.

First introduced to the North American market in 2007 by Hidden City Games, Inc., Bella Sara quickly expanded into an international children’s entertainment property. Since its introduction, Bella Sara has broadened its family of products from trading cards and virtual world (playable at BellaSara.com) to DVDs, toys, books, video games, arts and crafts, games and puzzles, apparel, back to school and more in the North American and International markets.

Bella Sara is a first class hit. Let me introduce our next prize.

For the next group, Group 5 (our age 8 group), Bella Sara is providing a pair of the newest trading card sets, Bella’s Ball, and one package of the adorable velvet Miniatures- perfect for adding to a collection or just getting started!

The cards are made of sturdy cardstock with vivid colors and beautiful designs. They each show the image of one of the horses along with their name and other information about them. Some would say though, that the best part of all is the secret code they include, giving you access to new and different parts of the beautiful Bella Sara World.

Random cards from the series inserted into each pack. The series includes: Classic & Shiny Trading cards: Bella Sara magical horse cards, new characters to collect: Emma, Sara, Colm, Deru, and Tyri, ballroom scenes and magical castle cards.
New story and sticker cards
Contains 5 random cards; 1 sticker card; and 1 secret code

Be the first to discover the magic as it unfolds with secret codes that unlock Bella Sara Adventures at BellaSara.com. Then place your cards together to recreate the ballroom scenes. Story ballroom cards found randomly in select packs are your key.

Well, Bella Sara has generously donated a pair of Bella’s Ball Trading Cards, and one package of the adorable velvet Miniatures for our giveaway here, but they have also provided one that is being donated to the Children and Families of Rattan Elementary via the Angel Tree in Anna, TX. As I mentioned previously in our intro post, with the Economic situation and just life in general, we feel there is an even greater need for this than ever. And this year, thanks to the generosity of Bella Sara, someone will receive a set of Bella Set goodies as we try to help brighten a needy child’s Christmas.

My daughters love Bella Sara, we have had a horse on there for about a year now. The website is fantastic!

I think another product (in addition to the cards) my daughters would love would be the Bella Sara Artist Kit.
